Here Comes The Sun Again
I don’t know why I made this… but here it is, my pathetic attempt at a @BriteFutures / @RuPaul mashup. If you look at my last.fm stats for 2011 you’ll see that RuPaul was my most listened to artist, and whilst Brite Futures were only third, you’ll know from reading my tumblr and tweets that I can’t shut up about how much I love them. I sidestepped giving this mashup the accurate yet scary title of Here It Comes To Kill Again, but maybe if you hate it, then that’s what you can call it!

Countdown 2011: Top 5 Albums
#1. BRITE FUTURES - Dark Past (download: EVERY TRACK!) If there’s one other artist I spoke more highly of in 2011 than Natalia Kills, it’s these guys. Luke, Shaun, David, Claire, and Conor - collectively known as Brite Futures, have turned the last two months of my 2011 into pure sunshine… except, I’m allergic to sunshine, so… they gave me a pair of shades.
I’m not kidding, they really did give me a pair of shades. And a T-Shirt.
Dark Past is one of those rare albums that screams to be played from start to finish, with the volume turned all the way up. So, there’s nothing left to be said, I don’t know what you’re waiting for, do it… DO IT!
(P.S. - I would have liked to inclue Aqua’s comeback album Megalomania in my Top 5, but since, for some reason, it’s not had a wide release, I didn’t think it was fair. I hope I can include it in my 2012 countdown!)
